The customer books. The text sends itself.
Automatic confirmations the moment someone books, reminders before they show up, door codes or directions right when they need them. Cancel the booking and the texts stop. Nobody on your staff types anything.
- Works with the booking platform you already use
- Carrier registration and compliance handled
- About 2 to 4 cents per booking in messaging
What your customer sees
Five handoffs, zero humans in the loop.
Booking happens
Your platform fires an event with the customer's phone, the time, the bay or room, and the service.
Messages get scheduled
A confirmation now, a reminder at the right time before: the day before for appointments, an hour before for self-service bookings.
Details get looked up
Door codes from your access control, suite numbers, "park in the back" notes, pulled in right before the reminder goes out.
Texts send from your number
A registered business number, so replies land in an inbox you actually check.
Cancellations stop everything
A cancel marks pending texts as skipped, and every send re-checks the booking first. A cancelled session never gets a reminder.
Sent exactly once
Every message is a ledger row that moves from pending to sent. Customers never get the same text twice.
Anywhere a customer books online and then has to show up.
Unattended facilities
Indoor golf sims, pickleball courts, rental studios, self-storage: door codes delivered when they're needed.
Appointment businesses
Salons, clinics, dental, auto, detailing: day-before reminders that cut no-shows.
Field service
Trades and home services: "on my way" and arrival-window texts without dispatch calling anyone.
Multi-location operators
One system, each location's texts sounding like that location. The second site takes a fraction of the first.
Built and running for facilities in two states.
Trackman simulator facilities in Florida and Arizona: bookings to door codes to texts, including the carrier registration and every gotcha along the way.
Door codes by text for 24/7 Trackman bays
The full build: webhooks, OpenPath lookup, two message patterns, the compliance work, and the costs.

| Item | Typical cost |
|---|---|
| Business texting number | About $15 per user per month |
| Messaging | About a penny per segment, so 2 to 4 cents per booking |
| Carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) | About $20 one time plus a small monthly fee |
| Hosting for the service | A few dollars per month |
| Build and launch | Fixed project fee. A plain confirm-and-remind is a small project; door-code lookups add a little. |
Questions owners ask
Does this work with my booking platform?
If your platform has webhooks or an API (most do: Square, Acuity, Mindbody, Jobber, Housecall Pro, Trackman/YGB, Cal.com, and many more), yes. If it has neither, we can usually poll it every few minutes instead.
Can the texts come from my existing business number?
Yes, if we port that number to a provider that supports automated messaging. Ports take one to two weeks and the old service keeps working until the port lands. Or we start on a new local number immediately.
Why can't I just text customers from my cell?
US carriers require businesses to register automated texting (A2P 10DLC). Unregistered automated messages get blocked or filtered. We handle the registration, the consent language, and the privacy and SMS terms pages the reviewers check.
What does it cost per message?
About a penny per segment, so roughly 2 to 4 cents per booking. A facility doing 15 bookings a day sends about 450 confirmations a month for under $20.
How long until the first live text?
Plan on 2 to 4 weeks. The build takes days; carrier registration and number porting set the timeline, which is why we start the paperwork on day one.
