Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit the contact form or book an audit, we collect your name, email address, business name, and anything you write in the message or booking notes. Bookings are handled by Cal.com, which also collects the time you choose and, if provided, your phone number.
- Information collected automatically. We use Google Ads conversion tracking (the Google tag) to understand which pages and ads lead to bookings and form submissions. This may set cookies and collect your IP address, device and browser information, and the pages you visit. Our host, Cloudflare, logs standard request data (IP address, user agent, time) to serve and protect the site.
- Email. If you email us or reply to our emails, we keep the correspondence.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule and run your audit.
- To follow up about services you asked about.
- To measure how people find and use the site so we can improve it and our advertising.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run the business, each of which processes data on our behalf under its own privacy terms: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Google (Workspace email, Ads, Search Console, Business Profile), Cal.com (scheduling), and Resend (transactional email delivery for the contact form).
Cookies and tracking
The Google tag may set cookies used for advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google's ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. The site works without cookies.
Email communications
If we contact you by email about our services, every message includes a way to opt out. Reply "no thanks" or "unsubscribe" and we will not follow up.
Text messages
We do not send marketing text messages. If a client engagement involves texting that client's customers, those messages are sent on the client's behalf under the client's own terms and consent.
Data retention
We keep inquiry and client correspondence for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete it. Advertising measurement data is retained according to Google's default settings.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law, and we will honor them.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
